Louise McCarthy

Louise Mccarthy, Arachnys CFO is the former COO, Global Digital IT transformation director at HSBC. Louise started her career in finance and is a qualified ACCA, she held a number of CFO roles in major international corporations. She was a finalist for ‘Women in IT’ in 2017 & 2018 and brings over 35 years’ experience in large private and public sector organisations, including Transformation Director at EBRD, Aviva, HRMC and Virgin Media.

Nigel Broda

Nigel served as a member of the NICE Actimize leadership team as its VP Sales, EMEA & Asia-Pacific during a period of explosive growth and brings over 25 years of experience leading multiple product and sales teams.

Mike Cerillo
VP, Solutions
Mike Cerillo

Mike is responsible for the Solutions Team at Arachnys. He previously helped raise government funds for a small charity that encourages online giving, and before that spent 6 years at Bloomberg, working mainly with Swiss-based hedge funds. Having seen the information business from the inside, Mike brings years of experience of how financial services firms use data and technology to power their businesses.

Tom Berkovitch

Tom Berkovitch

Tom leads the product organization at Arachnys and is responsible for the product strategy and roadmap. Tom brings over 15 years of product management experience focusing on large-scale enterprise software and deep domain knowledge in the AML, EDD and KYC space. Prior to joining Arachnys, Tom worked in the past 7 years as the director of product marketing and a key member of the product management team of the AML line-of-business at NICE Actimize.

David Barbero

David leads the Arachnys customer success organization and is responsible for the implementation of Arachnys’ enterprise solutions. David has over 30 years of customer facing experience, largely focused on managing on-prem and SaaS solution implementation teams for the financial services industry as well as for local and Federal governments.

Edo de Vries Robbé

Edo de Vries Robbé

Edo heads up partnerships, alliances and overall strategy at Arachnys. Before joining Arachnys, Edo spent over five years at The Red Flag Group where he was behind the success of the thriving due diligence business, and instrumental in helping the company make the difficult transition from being small to medium-sized. He brings a wealth of experience, deep domain knowledge and wide breadth of industry relationships to Arachnys.

Phil Wrigglesworth

Phil Wrigglesworth

Phil leads the operations team providing strategic support to the global teams across the Arachnys business. Phil completed his legal education at Nottingham Law School and joins Arachnys having worked for a number of technology companies in legal and commercial capacities.

Harry Waye

Harry Waye

Harry is a mathematician turned programmer who studied at the University of Cambridge. His academic interest is in topology, but his programming expertise is wide-ranging, including backend development using Python and C++, and frontend JavaScript coding.

Freddie Quek

Freddie Quek

Freddie is VP of Engineering at Arachnys. A highly-experienced, multiple award-winning digital leader with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise software solutions. He has had key roles in driving organisational transformation and change. One of his previous projects was awarded the IT Project Team of the Year at the UK IT Industry Awards. He is a Fellowship member of the British Computer Society, and a UK IT Industry Award Judge. He is an alumnus of the London School of Economics and Templeton College, Oxford University, and currently pursuing his DBA at Henley Business School.
